1、合规线上化机制建设：熟悉电商全链路业务流程，建立事前预防、事中识别、事后处置的全流程运营机制，通过业务流程、数据指标、举报等多维度监控业务团队； 2、合规调查与落罚：通过业务流程、数据指标、场景风险等多维度监控业务团队合规性，独立或牵头立项开展全流程合规检核调查，产出管理报告并协同业务完成风险整改； 3、优化合规策略与风险防控：基于违规案例数据与业务发展趋势，识别业务潜在合规风险点；牵头制定/优化合规抽检策略（如抽检范围、频率、样本筛选逻辑等），针对高风险场景输出风险评估报告，推动业务合规流程优化。

1、3年及以上业务内审、审计、合规、内控等领域工作经验，有电商客服行业合规经验者优先； 2、精通合规管理流程或独立带队审计，具备独立制定检核策略的能力，能结合业务特性设计分层分类的合规检查方案，持有CPA、法律职业资格证书等专业资质者优先；熟悉《电子商务法》《网络交易平台规则监督管理办法》等相关法律法规者优先； 3、熟练运用Excel、SQL等工具进行数据提取与分析，数据敏感度高；逻辑思维严密，能通过数据洞察业务合规风险，精准完成案例研判与定性； 4、原则性强，工作态度严谨，具备良好的洞察力与业务理解能力，沟通表达清晰，能高效协调跨业务团队推进合规工作，自驱力强； 5、具备快速学习能力，能及时跟进行业合规政策变化与业务创新动态，主动迭代合规知识体系与检核方法，适配业务发展需求。
