日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责Promote产品在渠道上的效果广告投放工作，优化业务ROI和用户增长目标； 2、与外部代理对接，把控代理素材质量和投放效果，推进相关测试专项落地并输出结论； 3、统筹TTO渠道达人素材投稿，并借助AI工具实现自动化投广； 4、与Mentor一起通过活动营销、渠道拓展、达人营销等手段进行失活用户召回。

1、硕士及以上学位在读； 2、有效果广告、用户增长策略、商业产品产品运营等相关经验者优先，具备良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据挖掘到机会点并落地具体策略； 3、具备良好的沟通与跨部门协同能力，能够独立推进项目落地；执行力强，目标和结果导向； 4、良好的英语口头和书面表达能力（多种语言技能者更佳）。
