团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、负责飞书和豆包中小客户运营，搭建中小客户标准化服务体系，对团队续约率、净收入留存NDR、客户活跃度、客户健康度等核心指标负责； 2、完成团队目标拆解、日常管理、绩效复盘、人员辅导与梯队建设，输出团队能力模型，提升团队整体人效； 3、搭建客户健康度评估模型，建立监测、诊断和主动干预机制，识别流失风险客户，分析客户留存、流失原因，输出业务优化策略； 4、跟踪续约、增购和交叉销售机会，做好年度价值复盘与风险同步，以NDR等结果指标检验运营成效； 5、沉淀可复制的服务方法、内容资产、运营模板和典型案例，并持续迭代服务标准与运营机制； 6、协同产品、销售、区域CSM、解决方案及支持团队，推动客户问题闭环，并将共性需求和产品反馈传递给相关团队。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上用户运营工作经验； 2、数据敏感度强，能够使用活跃、渗透、消耗、续约、增购、NDR等指标发现问题、判断优先级并推动改进； 3、具备良好的项目管理和运营执行能力，能够独立推动跨周期、跨角色的客户运营项目按计划落地； 4、具备客户沟通与需求判断能力，能够理解客户业务场景，将产品能力转化为清晰、可执行的运营建议； 5、具备良好的跨团队协作能力和结果意识，能适应业务快速变化，并对客户服务结果持续跟进； 6、有较强的内容沉淀能力，能够产出服务SOP、培训材料、运营模板、案例复盘等标准化资产。

加分项 1、有飞书Office、AI Agent、企业协同或效率类SaaS产品的客户成功经验； 2、有客户分层、生命周期运营、规模化服务体系建设经验； 3、有续约管理、增购转化、交叉销售或NDR提升的实践经验； 4、有AI场景运营、企业AI应用推广或客户陪跑经验； 5、有数据分析工具、CRM、客户健康度模型或运营看板的使用与建设经验。
