1、负责架构设计和开发，为亿级用户提供优质顺畅的信息服务和极致体验； 2、参与设计系统技术方案，核心代码开发和系统调优； 3、参与制定代码规范、稳定性规范，稳定性架构设计，提升大规模算法工程系统稳定性； 4、参与推荐广告大模型、特征与样本、策略等系统的容灾、可观测、迭代效率等方面开发； 5、参与大模型应用（持续交付、客户问题排查、应急响应等）、推荐广告算法质量、模型稳定性等前沿技术研究； 6、参与持续交付、系统应急容灾、大模型等平台建设。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、掌握机器学习、深度学习、LLM等知识，有相关会议文章和实践经验的尤其欢迎； 5、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 6、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力，愿意解决未知问题。
