ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：客服平台团队，负责字节跳动客服业务平台的设计研发工作，打造支撑抖音集团的客服中台，建设提供极致体验的多场景客服系统。让用户从抖音集团产品一站式解决问题，提升用户满意度，助力核心产品线保护用户留存。核心工作主要包括：1、引入AI技术，为海量级别端内用户打造智能客服产品，帮助用户更快解决问题，提升用户体验；2、为公司大量客服提供统一客服工作台、工具等能力，提升服务效率、降低服务成本；3、基于海量用户反馈，挖掘高价值建议，识别高风险问题，驱动业务改进，保障平台安全。

1、负责字节跳动全球客服业务平台的设计研发工作，深入业务，理解抽象，为用户提供智能化、高效的服务解决方案； 2、对不同周期和紧急程度的产品需求进行合理拆解实现； 3、进行相关产品的技术文档编写，方案设计； 4、学习研究业界先进技术，保持技术进步。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Java/Golang/PHP/Python/C++等至少一门语言，Java、Golang、Python经验者优先； 3、熟悉常用的互联网技术，包括但不限于Linux系统及原理、MySQL、NoSQL、RPC、MQ、缓存技术、微服务架构等； 4、具有良好的编码和文档习惯，注重代码风格，熟悉基础设计模式和原则，能持续地关注和优化自己做的项目； 5、有较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术； 6、研究或参与过开源项目、参加过ACM或者其他类型的软件开发大赛、有相关实习经验或项目经验优先。
