日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、商家产品体验优化：基于数据分析和市场调研，结合商家内容的经验需求，梳理商家痛点、产品功能定位； 2、整合内外部资源，协助完成产品推广方案，推动产品在目标商家的渗透率提升； 3、通过AI能力为工作提效，同时会负责AI模型的评测运营； 4、协助完成商家激励活动的上线，面向目标商家定向提升供给。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计等理工科专业优先； 2、有相关运营实习经验，对AI保有兴趣和热爱，对抖音电商有一定认知； 3、优秀的逻辑思维和分析能力，精通SQL及可视化分析工具； 4、学习能力强，细心，项目推进能力强，做事儿敏捷度高，不拖拉； 5、一周5天全职实习，至少实习6个月，能长期实习优先。
