1、负责具身智能专项的技术项目管理，围绕模型、数据、评测、平台、工程集成、测试验证等方向建立端到端项目计划，对里程碑达成、关键依赖闭环和交付质量负责； 2、拆解项目目标、版本节奏和交付路径，建立任务分层、责任人、时间节点、风险项和验收标准，推动跨团队双周评审、专项例会、技术方案评审和版本发布节奏稳定运行； 3、管理跨职能协作依赖，包括数据回流、标注交付、模型训练、评测门禁、平台能力、端侧集成、实机验证等关键链路，识别阻塞并推动资源协调和优先级决策； 4、建立项目风险管理机制，对需求变更、资源不足、质量缺陷、外部协作、现场问题等进行预警、升级和闭环，保障核心目标按阶段推进； 5、沉淀项目过程资产，包括里程碑看板、版本记录、问题清单、复盘材料和协作机制，提升团队在复杂技术项目中的协同效率和交付确定性。

1、5年及以上技术项目管理工作经验，包含技术项目管理、项目交付、研发管理或复杂系统项目推进；有智能驾驶一段式端到端或VLA量产项目经验优先； 2、具备复杂技术项目拆解能力，能够理解算法、数据、平台、测试、工程集成之间的依赖关系，并将目标转化为可管理、可追踪、可验收的执行计划； 3、具备强执行力和跨团队影响力，能够在高不确定性、多角色协作场景下推进问题解决，而不是停留在信息同步； 4、具备良好的风险识别、节奏控制和沟通表达能力，能够面向研发负责人、业务负责人和外部协作方清晰同步项目状态、关键风险和决策建议。
