1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上用户运营经验，有直播、游戏等娱乐方向大客户运营管理经验优先； 2、熟悉直播玩法和生态，深刻理解直播产品逻辑，熟悉主流直播产品运营策略； 3、具备较强的服务意识及技巧，能够准确把控用户心理，分析用户深层次需求； 4、逻辑清晰，目标导向，执行力强，运营手段灵活。
