1、参与地理位置中台核心能力建设，覆盖POI、路网数据生产、地理编码、融合定位、时空知识图谱、路线规划、ETA预估、路况预测、地图应用等方向； 2、面向文本、图像、轨迹等多源数据，构建多模态理解和时空建模能力，推动POI、路网数据生产、关系理解、场景识别等能力建设； 3、关注AI与时空预测结合的前沿方向，如大模型、多模态、Agent技术，探索其在下一代地图与地理位置智能能力中的应用机会； 4、深入理解业务目标，建立算法效果评估体系，协同产品、工程、数据等团队推动算法方案落地并持续迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、地理信息、自动化、电子工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础与算法功底，熟悉Python、C++、Java等至少一种主流编程语言，具备良好的工程实现能力； 3、熟悉机器学习、深度学习、数据挖掘、自然语言处理、计算机视觉、图算法、定位算法、LLM/VLM中的一项或多项，并有相关实践经验； 4、具备良好的问题分析能力、学习能力、沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，对技术创新和业务落地有热情； 5、熟练使用PyTorch，熟悉TensorRT/ONNX等模型量化与加速工具。

加分项： 1、在AI会议/期刊发表高质量论文，或有高水平算法竞赛、科研项目、开源项目经验者优先； 2、有地理位置相关项目经验者优先。
