1、跟进全渠道体验指标，拆解对应业务运营动作和目标，跟踪体验指标表现并与经营结果关联； 2、结合消费者、商家进线反馈、满意度评价、专项调研报告等，制定体验改善方案和策略，推动业务规则迭代、产品方案落地，提升体验感知效果； 3、针对物流时效异常、恶意违规等场景开展服务保障和体验治理动作，完善仲裁判责标准、补齐服务策略能力； 4、深入分析消费者进线求助流程和服务场景问题，完成根因拆解定位关键诉求，设计服务解决方案并跟进客服落地执行。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学/商业分析/物流专业/统计学等相关专业优先； 2、对抖音电商有一定了解，有电商实习经验优先； 3、具备较强逻辑思考能力和数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、SQL及可视化分析工具； 4、具备良好的沟通表达、学习能力，自驱导向、责任心强，踏实靠谱、积极主动。
