1、负责制造行业解决方案工作，熟悉了解制造业业务流程和数字化方案，有制造业客户对接经验，包括但不限于能源化工、煤炭、钢铁冶金、汽车、消费电子、芯片半导体等细分行业； 2、了解行业和企业的业务痛点，面向制造业企业，能够对话企业中高层管理者并传递产品和服务价值，针对企业提供专业的管理与业务咨询建议，解决企业问题； 3、对AI等新技术有认知，有较强的学习能力，能够通过整合内外部资源，基于市场和客户需求产出行业策略和解决方案，匹配行业共性痛点，提升产品在制造行业的综合竞争力和影响力； 4、基于行业认知、企业共性需求、市场竞争分析等多角度，对接产品研发团队，传递市场需求、提供专业意见，帮助产品进行迭代，以更好的匹配和引领市场需求。

1、大学本科及以上学历，理工科或计算机相关背景，有一定的技术基础能力优先； 2、具备企业应用类产品的销售/售前/咨询等相关经验，有独立或带团队拓展制造行业的企业项目和SaaS类产品优先； 3、了解制造行业趋势、业务流程和企业痛点，并在部分价值链环节上有较深的业务理解； 4、擅长文档和PPT的各类形式的方案制作，在客户拓展过程中，擅长基于产品能力和企业需求分析，进行方案制定、立项支持、招投标等解决方案相关工作； 5、良好的高层对话和团队协作能力，对不确定性保持乐观与耐心，具备较强的抗压能力。
