1、客户交付支持：协助团队处理客户交付相关事宜，包括客户需求对接、交付进度跟踪、问题反馈与解决等，确保客户服务交付的顺利进行； 2、数据监控与分析：参与团队数据指标的监控与分析工作，包括坐席案例量、客户带宽、服务质量等数据的收集、整理与初步分析，为团队决策提供数据支持； 3、项目流程优化：协助团队梳理和优化客户交付流程，参与制定标准化的交付SOP，提升团队运营效率； 4、跨团队协作：与产品、售前、客户成功等团队保持良好沟通，协调资源，确保项目顺利推进； 5、日常运营支持：协助团队完成日常运营工作，包括文档整理、会议纪要撰写、信息同步等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练使用各类办公软件，有深度使用飞书经验优先，具备数据分析、数据整理能力； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和学习能力，能够快速理解业务需求； 4、具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够有效进行跨部门沟通； 5、工作态度积极主动，有较强的责任心和自我驱动力； 6、一周出勤5天，能长期实习者优先。
