日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动技术风险团队，提供变更、资金、运维、蓝军等技术风险领域的基建能力，支撑公司数十条业务线的稳定性建设。同时也在积极探索利用大模型技术，在技术风险领域对基建能力做持续的优化和提升，包括智能化资金核对、发布过程的智能检测等。

1、探索大模型技术在技术风险领域中的落地应用，提供基于大模型的智能交互、根因定位和异常检测等服务； 2、搭建大模型应用的框架，融入技术风险平台，为研发效率提升提供智能服务； 3、持续跟进大模型前沿技术、开源方案及其在技术风险领域的应用。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、有相关领域项目/研究经验优先，包括但不限于异常检测、日志检测、故障诊断、根因分析等； 3、熟练掌握业界主流大语言模型（GPT、ChatGLM、LLaMA等）的算法原理，Fine-Tuning策略、Prompt策略、向量数据库和LangChain等应用范式； 4、优秀的数据敏感性和业务理解能力，能够从复杂业务数据中发掘有效洞见。
