日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动剪映研发团队，主要支持剪映、醒图、Faceu 等多款国内外产品的研发工作，业务覆盖多元化影像创作场景，截止2021年6月，相关产品多次登顶国内外App Store 免费应用榜第一，并继续保持高速增长。加入我们，一起打造全球最受用户欢迎的影像创作产品。

1、负责视频/图片创作营销Agent相关的研发和应用，研究高质量数据的挖掘和合成、大模型的对齐效率、多目标融合的学习，Agent全链路优化的方法等等，期望以大模型影响整个创作者生态； 2、高质量数据挖掘清洗对齐，多领域的数据自动合成方法，Self-Instruct等探索； 3、全模态大模型（文本、图像、语音）的Post-Training算法，探索多模态感知能力的边界； 4、结合LongCOT/RL等进行Agent的全链路自主探索学习，并探索跟应用目标融合的学习方法。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟悉NLP、CV、ML等相关的技术，深入理解大模型或图片视频生成等相关技术栈（如RLHF、SFT、Dit/Vit/Transformer等）； 3、在大模型领域，主导过大影响力的项目或论文者优先；在ACL/EMNLP/ECCV/CVPR等顶会发表论文者优先； 4、有强化学习结合大模型研究经验、有文案生成、创意生成、素材编辑、AI特效等有相关经验优先；优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握至少一门语言，ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先； 5、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
