1、支持抖音集团广告系统的稳定性建设，保障系统持续、稳定运行； 2、参与广告系统稳定性架构设计，保障系统的长期高可用和可维护； 3、参与广告系统机房建设，容灾方案设计、演练和实施； 4、参与广告系统的机器资源管理与规划，通过运营机制和优化手段提升资源效率； 5、参与广告系统运维工作自动化，涵盖线上变更、服务监控配置、快速建站部署、资源管理等专项。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统和开发环境、TCP/IP网络协议，熟悉Shell/Python/C/Golang中的至少一门编程语言或脚本语言； 3、能接受并理解报警、资源管理等日常运维事务（TOIL），并通过工具或者流程持续优化； 4、具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情； 5、有强烈的求知欲、优秀的学习和沟通能力； 6、对SRE或者运维工程领域有了解或者实践经验优先。
