1、参与负责抖音基础体验质量保障工作，围绕客户端性能、交互、内容体验完成线下测试与线上质量分析； 2、参与构建智能测试Agent（专家智能体），探索利用LLM实现自动化测试、智能归因分析等前沿场景落地； 3、深度参与产品研发项目和体验专项，协同产品研发团队高质量交付产品，持续保证用户体验； 4、参与开发效率工具和保证技术项目质量。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备快速适应能力、学习能力，善于主动发现和解决问题；良好的逻辑思维能力、学习能力、沟通能力、团队合作精神和主动意识； 3、对大模型（LLM）应用开发有热情，了解LangChain、AutoGPT等框架或有相关Demo实践经验者优先； 4、有将AI技术应用于UI自动化、日志分析等测试场景的经验者加分； 5、能保证至少4个月以上的实习，每周可出勤至4天及以上。
