日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：风控研发作为业务的风控技术中台主要帮助解决各个产品（抖音短视频、电商、直播、生活服务、用户增长等）的各种黑灰产作弊问题，包括但不限于内容风控、账号风控、电商风控、流量风控等问题。

1、负责抖音、今日头条等核心应用的风控能力建设； 2、参与风控相关的业务场景建设，不断提升风控和攻防水位； 3、参与组件库、SDK、数据大屏、可视化等基建相关的工具研发，以提升研发和业务效能； 4、深度参与策略、算法、数据分析的业务，持续提升平台和工具的效能。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信等相关专业者优先； 2、熟悉HTML, CSS, JavaScript和HTTP协议基本知识； 3、熟悉常用的数据结构以及其使用场景； 4、有参与设计和实现的项目（无论大小）； 5、了解浏览器调试工具； 6、有强烈的求知欲和进取心，具有扎实的编程功底，良好的编程习惯。
