团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

1、参与小荷AI医生、小荷医生等App的研发，在真实业务中学习并实践Android、iOS原生开发及Compose Multiplatform/Kotlin Multiplatform跨端技术； 2、在导师指导下参与智能对话、流式渲染、多模态输入、语音交互等AI原生场景，完成需求分析、方案设计、编码、自测与迭代优化； 3、参与客户端架构、性能体验、质量稳定性和研发工具建设，通过测试、监控和问题排查持续提升产品质量； 4、在实际研发中使用AI Coding/Coding Agent，学习Spec驱动、上下文工程、自测验收和代码审查，与团队共同探索下一代软件研发方式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，掌握数据结构与算法、网络、操作系统等基础知识，熟悉Kotlin、Java、Swift、Objective-C、C/C++、Python等至少一门编程语言； 3、有良好的编码习惯和调试能力，能通过课程项目、个人作品、实习或开源经历展示完整解决问题的过程； 4、对客户端、跨端技术和AI应用保持好奇，学习主动，愿意深入原理并持续动手实践； 5、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作、逻辑分析和问题拆解能力，能在不确定问题中主动推进并及时反馈。

加分项 1、有Android/iOS App、Compose/SwiftUI、KMP/CMP、Flutter或React Native项目经验； 2、有AI Coding、Coding Agent、LLM应用或自动化工具实践，能够说明如何使用AI提升交付质量，而不只是生成代码； 3、有性能优化、稳定性治理、音视频、图像、多模态、互联网应用或端智能相关实践； 4、有高质量个人作品、开源贡献、技术文章或程序设计竞赛经历。
