1、负责飞书文档的后端服务的需求设计及开发； 2、负责飞书文档的系统架构设计、优化和演进； 3、参与系统瓶颈问题专项治理，解决系统稳定性、高并发、大数据等问题，提高系统稳定性； 4、参与新技术的调研和落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、基础扎实，有良好的设计和编码习惯，对代码有极致追求；技术基础扎实，精通至少一门开发语言（Golang、Python、Java、C/C++等）； 3、掌握Web后端开发技术：协议、架构、存储、缓存、安全等； 4、较好的产品意识，愿意将产品效果作为工作最重要的驱动因素； 5、具备良好的沟通能力、责任心及团队合作精神，有较强的分析和解决问题能力。
