1、定义真实问题：深入客户现场，与业务人员、一线用户和技术团队直接交流，穿透表面需求，识别背后的业务痛点与价值机会； 2、从0到1交付：基于企业智能体平台能力，对模糊业务想法快速完成可行性判断、原型验证到生产可用系统的搭建与落地； 3、引导最优方案：结合技术可行性、投入产出比和未来可复用性，与客户共同寻找最优解，而非被动接受每个需求； 4、对业务结果负责：跟踪方案上线后的实际使用情况与业务效果，基于数据持续迭代优化； 5、沉淀可复用能力：将项目中的经验与技术能力抽象为可复用的产品能力、解决方案或最佳实践。

1、3年以上AI研发工作经验，对FDE岗位有强烈热情和清晰认知者可适当放宽； 2、扎实的Python编程与软件工程基础，全栈技术视野（覆盖数据、后端、前端、AI/LLM、Agent、部署等），理解Agent工作原理并熟悉至少一种主流开发框架，具备快速学习与技术整合能力； 3、对业务问题有好奇心，能深入一线理解客户真实工作流程与痛点，从业务目标出发拆解技术需求，主动发现和定义问题而非被动接受； 4、具备跨角色沟通能力，有与客户或业务团队直接合作的经验； 5、面对高度不确定的问题，能快速拆解、设计方案、完成原型验证并推动落地，通过快速动手降低不确定性； 6、关注业务价值而非仅完成开发，强执行力与独立判断力，既坚持专业判断又能建立客户信任。

加分项 1、熟练使用AI Coding工具构建过项目； 2、有LLM Agent实际应用开发经验； 3、有创业公司、技术咨询、解决方案工程或AI应用公司的工作经历； 4、能清晰描述一个从发现问题、做出判断到推动落地的完整案例。
