1、搭建并持续优化日常数据看板，形成对核心指标的观测、分析与诊断能力，为业务决策和人力资源管理提供数据支持； 2、定期输出人力数据分析报告，能够基于指标识别问题并形成改善建议；针对定位到的重点专题，开展专项分析，结合实际管理场景做归因分析，支持管理优化； 3、负责公司一致化项目运营与推进工作，完成公司政策在部门的落地策略设计，并协同HRBP，共同推动项目达成； 4、探索数字化或AI工具在人力数据分析场景中的实际应用，持续提升分析效率、管理效率与决策质量。

1、本科及以上学历，具备2年及以上HR数据分析（HRBI）相关经验，熟悉人力资源相关指标；或具备经营分析、数据分析经验，承担过业务优化专项，对人力资源管理有意向； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能熟练运用各类数据工具，并基于分析输出管理洞察； 3、具备良好的项目运营能力，包括设计运营策略与方案、跨团队沟通与协同推进能力； 4、有支持团队数据分析或管理优化经验者优先。
