1、参与抖音生活服务消费者体验相关问题的洞察、分析与改善推动，围绕用户反馈、业务数据、调研信息等，识别平台消费链路中的体验痛点与优化机会； 2、结合生活服务本地履约场景，协助拆解复杂体验问题，提炼关键原因，推动产品、运营、服务、算法等相关团队形成解决方案并落地； 3、参与体验问题的发现、流转、解决和效果评估机制建设，帮助提升问题识别效率和改善闭环质量，推动体验优化更加系统化、标准化； 4、关注AI、大模型及智能化工具在体验洞察、问题诊断、策略分发等场景中的应用，探索如何用新技术提升体验运营效率和业务价值； 5、跟进重点体验项目的推进节奏，协同多方对齐目标、标准和进展，确保项目高质量落地，并沉淀可复用的方法和经验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、商业分析、数据分析、经济学、数学、管理科学、心理学、社会学等相关专业优先； 2、对消费者体验、平台治理、服务运营或本地生活、电商业务有兴趣，愿意深入理解用户在真实消费场景中的需求、痛点和行为，对AI、大模型或智能产品方向有浓厚兴趣，有用户研究、体验洞察、策略运营、AI产品相关项目、实习、课程研究或实践经验者优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑分析能力和结构化思考能力，能够从复杂信息中提炼关键问题，形成清晰判断，并思考如何评估优化效果，有一定的数据敏感度； 4、责任心强，目标感清晰，具备良好的沟通表达和协同推进能力，能够与不同角色高效合作，推动多方对齐问题、标准和解决方案； 5、保持好奇心和主动探索精神，不满足于简单执行，愿意持续学习新业务、新技术和新方法，在真实业务场景中创造影响力。
