1、参与车载Android系统中AI交互模块的开发与优化； 2、协助设计并实现车机端功能交互界面（UI/UE），优化业务交互流程，提升座舱内的整体AI交互体验； 3、配合算法团队进行模型在车载Android端的部署与调试； 4、参与交互性能优化工作，包括降低响应延迟、优化处理效率、降低开销等； 5、收集分析AI交互场景的用户反馈，协助团队进行功能迭代与技术攻坚。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、掌握Java或Kotlin编程语言，了解Android基础开发知识（如四大组件、UI开发、多线程）； 3、具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，有一定的编码实践经验（如课程设计、个人项目等）； 4、具备良好的代码规范，熟悉Git版本控制，掌握单元测试、性能分析工具（如Android Profiler）； 5、具备较强的沟通协作能力、学习能力、问题分析能力和解决复杂问题的能力，能适应车载场景下的技术挑战； 6、对Android性能优化有基本了解（如内存管理、UI渲染优化、启动速度优化等），有相关实践或学习经历者优先；能理解算法性能瓶颈与系统层优化的关联，有相关课程设计或实验经历者优先。
