日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责生活服务销售运营CRM系统，销售及商家策略板块的产品运营工作； 2、完成用户使用反馈收集、Oncall问题排查、业务侧与商家侧的问题答疑、建立监控机制并提出优化建议； 3、深入分析业务问题，产出分析报告，提出有建设性的建议，结合产品和运营等能力落地并持续跟进，推动业务增长； 4、参与销售目标及绩效激励效果的数据分析与复盘，沉淀执行方法论，为后续策略迭代提供数据支撑。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备较强的学习能力、能快速理解复杂的业务体系，有沟通协调能力与自驱力，擅长跨部门协作，能高效整合内外部资源推进项目落地； 3、有基础数据分析能力（Excel/SQL优先），以数据结果为导向，能通过数据梳理业务逻辑、定位问题并制定相应策略； 4、抖音深度使用者，对团购业务有清晰了解，有相关领域实习经验者优先； 5、base北京，每周出勤5天，可实习4个月以上者优先。
