1、负责抖音内容安全治理策略体系建设，协同相关团队落地问题发现、定义、识别、处置、沟通的治理流程机制； 2、负责抖音内容安全治理相关的策略设计与能力建设，完善社区商业化审核链路搭建，能很好的理解业务诉求和发现业务痛点，平衡内容治理和业务发展，满足不同业务诉求； 3、以风险理解为基础，深入内容特征、用户行为及消费路径分析，设计内容处置策略并持续迭代更新； 4、规划业务方向和目标，产出具有长期价值的优化思路，做好项目优先级管理，推进跨部门协作。

1、本科及以上学历，具有3年以上互联网视频等内容策略运营/推荐策略运营经验，有一定内容和风险理解能力； 2、数据敏感性强，具备较强的数据分析、使用和总结能力，善于通过数据发现和论证问题； 3、善于思考，有很强的逻辑思维能力和解决问题的能力，有一定的产品思维，能负责链路结构系统化设计； 4、风控策略、安全策略、生态策略、推荐策略等相关经验者优先。
