ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、数据辅助分析：协助团队完成日常业务数据整理与初步分析，用数据说话，帮助发现内容生态中的异常和潜在风险； 2、质量评估支持：参与内容质量评估工作，协助输出评估报告，跟进典型案例的分析复盘，从中学习内容质量判断的方法论； 3、AI工具探索与应用：参与AI辅助质检的探索项目，尝试用AI工具（如ChatGPT、Prompt Engineering等）提升问题发现和风险识别效率； 4、流程优化协助：在Mentor指导下，参与质检流程的优化讨论，协助梳理标准文档，提出你的观察和想法； 5、日常运营协同：完成业务培训及分配的各项工作任务，确保交付质量，协助团队达成运营目标。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，新闻传播、中文、社会学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、对文字内容有较好的判断力，有内容创作、自媒体运营、校园媒体编辑等经历是加分项； 3、具备基本的数据意识，能熟练使用Excel（透视表、基础函数等），有SQL或Python基础优先； 4、自驱力强，善于沟通，做事有条理，能在指导下独立推进小任务，有团队协作意识。

AI加分项（满足任意一条即可）： 1、熟练使用ChatGPT、Claude、Kimi等AI工具辅助学习和工作； 2、有AI相关的课程项目、竞赛、社团或个人探索经历； 3、对Prompt Engineering或AI在内容领域的应用有兴趣和思考。
