1、负责字节跳动飞书相关产品的服务端研发； 2、负责团队服务质量、稳定性，从工具、系统上提升团队开发效率； 3、主要语言为Golang。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、较好的产品意识，愿意将产品效果作为工作重要的驱动因素； 3、掌握Web后端开发技术：协议、架构、存储、缓存、安全等； 4、积极乐观，认真负责，乐于协作； 5、每周可实习4天以上，可实习5个月以上。
