1、质量保障大模型提效场景挖掘、方案设计与落地实施； 2、具备识别并挖掘大模型在测试提效、质量提升等方面可落地场景和创新的能力，能够将其转化为可执行的技术方案； 3、理解大模型基础原理，基于业务测试场景开展模型训练、RAG等技术落地，持续优化模型效果与稳定性； 4、探索并应用Agent、MCP等前沿技术，结合测试业务特点设计并推动测试提效工具链建设及工具、平台研发优化； 5、与合作方跨团队高效协作，推动技术方案落地并衡量收益，不断优化测试效率和质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业，1年及以上大模型相关工作经验； 2、熟悉大模型原理，具备大模型落地经验，掌握LoRA微调、RAG等技术，并能结合业务场景进行应用优化； 3、具备识别、评估和落地大模型可应用场景的能力，有从思路到落地的完整推动经验； 4、了解Agent、MCP等技术原理，能够设计并推动大模型驱动的测试提效方案落地； 5、具备良好的业务理解能力与跨团队沟通能力，能将技术与业务紧密结合，推动产出可衡量的提效成果。

加分项 1、有大模型在质量保障或软件工程领域落地案例（如智能测试、用例生成、缺陷预测等）； 2、有Agent/RAG/MCP等技术的深度实践经验； 3、参与过AI工程平台、测试平台或自动化体系建设。
