1、负责大模型、深度学习、知识图谱等技术在软件智能交付领域的相关应用技术研发，业务场景包括但不限于代码生成、需求理解、测试生成、智能发布、风险挖掘等； 2、跟踪AIGC等前沿技术领域的最新研究成果，探索工业领域落地可行性，并持续提升算法应用效果； 3、探索大模型技术在研发、测试领域中的落地应用，为研发效率提升提供大模型算法应用能力； 4、深度参与项目研发，与产品和业务团队同事保持密切配合，不断优化项目整体效益，提升用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能及相关专业，具备扎实的理论基础和技术背景； 2、熟悉大模型原理应用和深度学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch等），具备软件智能交付相关项目的实际应用经验； 3、至少掌握Python、Go、Java、C++等工程语言的一种，具备大模型PE、微调、智能体、Harness等相关实践经验； 4、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立承担项目研发任务，并能紧跟前沿技术动态，应用于实际项目； 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与产品和业务团队紧密协作； 6、对研效智能化演进有浓厚兴趣，愿意在该领域持续深耕。

具备以下经验者优先： 1、在学术会议或期刊上发表过相关论文； 2、在代码生成，智能测试，智能运维相关领域有出色研究成果或高品质落地经验。
