1、支持字节跳动内部对微服务、大数据等业务进行全栈性能优化以降低业务运行成本； 2、参与Lidar、Tango、CompoundVM等工具的开发，支持在内部大规模业务集群中进行性能分析、诊断和优化； 3、支持对Go、Python、Java等编程语言构建的程序进行深度分析和优化； 4、支持x64、ARM、RISC-V等平台上的性能优化和工具开发。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业背景； 2、熟悉服务端业务的软硬件架构，熟悉常见的性能工具原理和使用，在系统性能分析优化领域有丰富经验； 3、熟练掌握Go/C++/Java等编程语言之一，数据结构、算法和软件工程方面有坚实基础，动手能力强； 4、具备出色的问题分析解决能力，良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强。

加分项 1、熟悉eBPF、pprof、perfetto等工具的实现，有相关项目经验； 2、有x64/ARM/RISC-V等平台上内核/编译器/网络/存储等系统软件研发经验； 3、有相关开源项目贡献经验或发表过相关顶会论文； 4、熟悉LLM、AI Agent原理和实现，并在性能优化领域有项目实践。
