1、负责今日头条领域模型的构建，包括领域预训练、指令微调、训练和推理加速、模型评测等技术； 2、探索大语言模型技术在今日头条业务场景中的应用，为今日头条内容创作、运营、交互体验等各环节提供更智能化的模型能力； 3、优化现有线上算法，包括智能创作，智能摘要，知识图谱，智能对话等方向研发工作，结合实际业务需求与数据，研发高效可靠的NLP解决方案； 4、跟踪探索大语言模型的前沿技术与应用落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、计算机、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉NLP领域的理论基础，掌握统计模型、机器学习相关原理，具有NLP实战经验，参与过相关项目； 3、有大模型训练、调优、熟悉大模型分布式训练和Debug经验者优先； 4、优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟悉Python，熟练掌握深度学习框架TensorFlow或者PyTorch； 5、出色的问题分析和解决能力，能深入解决大模型训练和应用存在的问题，有自主探索解决方案的能力； 6、良好的沟通协作能力，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步；在NLP顶级会议/期刊上有学术成果发表者优先。
