1、调研AI时代企业软件行业的商业模式与定价趋势，研究全球优秀产品的包装、增长路径与商业策略，形成有洞察的分析报告，为团队决策提供参考； 2、开展数据驱动的业务分析与专项研究，通过数据发现业务问题和增长机会，将分析结论转化为可执行的商业方案； 3、参与业务数据架构和指标体系的搭建，协助完成数仓模型建设、BI看板构建、埋点设计等工作，将零散的数据需求归纳为通用型解决方案； 4、深度参与飞书商业化系统的产品迭代全流程，对接业务方梳理核心诉求，将业务痛点转化为清晰的产品需求，与研发、设计等跨职能团队协作推动方案落地； 5、跟踪产品上线后的核心数据，分析用户反馈与功能使用情况，提炼优化点，推动产品持续迭代； 6、学习前沿AI技术，与团队配合搭建AI工具为业务提效，探索用AI重构现有分析与决策Workflow。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、至少一段数据分析、金融分析、咨询、商业分析、策略运营或相关实习经历； 3、熟练使用SQL查询和处理数据，能用Python或R独立完成从数据清洗到分析输出的全流程；善于利用AI工具解决实际问题，能将AI融入日常分析和决策流程中提升效率和质量； 4、逻辑思维清晰，善于在模糊的商业问题中找到结构，具备将复杂分析转化为业务决策建议的能力； 5、具备良好的沟通与协作意识，能把技术方法论翻译成业务语言，高效推动跨部门协作； 6、英语听说读写流利，能适应国际化业务环境。
