1、基于公司战略，开展与国内运营商业务合作与构建，负责运营商客户关系（以广东、广西、福建、海南、三大国际公司为主）维护及业务拓展； 2、整合公司各产品线资源，与运营商集团及省公司开展各项合作，挖掘运营商及运营商渠道的合作机会，负责商务谈判与业务实施等具体事项； 3、负责跟踪和分析运营商与行业客户的合作信息与政策变化； 4、独立完成商务谈判，并维护商务合作关系，对整个商务合作的过程和结果负责，规划合作项目计划及进度执行。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上移动通讯行业商务合作经验，熟悉三大运营商架构，有较好运营商行业资源或背景； 3、熟悉移动通讯行业知识，有较强的创新能力，拓展新渠道，了解线上及线下推广方式，有运营商方向视频彩铃拓展/权益合作/C端产品资源及成功案例优先； 4、战略思维与商业敏锐度，较强的计划性、协调能力和谈判能力，具备良好的客户沟通亲和力和坚定的意志力； 5、具备良好的团队协作、组织协调能力及较强的分析问题、解决问题能力； 6、性格开朗，有强烈的工作热情，愿意接受挑战，不断创新业务形式，能适应一定频率出差。
