日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动推荐架构团队，负责字节跳动旗下相关产品的推荐系统架构的设计和开发，保障系统稳定和高可用；负责在线服务、离线数据流性能优化，解决系统瓶颈，降低成本开销；抽象系统通用组件和服务，建设推荐中台、数据中台，支撑新产品快速孵化以及为ToB赋能。

1、参与字节跳动内部推荐系统中台产品的研发工作，包含推荐数据中心、特征中心和召回中心等产品的需求调研、产品设计、跟进开发落地以及内部业务推广，协调前端、后端、中台引擎团队的协作开发； 2、持续优化提升推荐中台的用户使用体验，针对用户反馈问题进行需求跟进、质量验收和业务交付； 3、参与中台产品的能力沉淀与文档建设，为业务提供清晰、易上手的产品使用引导。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、对中台类产品有热情，对AI以及大数据有探索兴趣，有AI相关产品的观察分析； 3、能够在指导下完成功能需求调研、市场分析、用户调研、产品原型设计、效果评估、用户文档编写等工作； 4、有清晰的逻辑思维和表达能力，具有较强的产品思维，具有较强的责任心和执行力。

加分项： 1、技术理解力加分：掌握初级Python开发能力，了解至少一种主流深度学习编程框架TensorFlow、PyTorch、MXNet，熟悉常用的机器学习算法LR、FFM、DNN、RNN等； 2、具备较好的英文写作、沟通能力。
