1、负责分析下探业务目标及需求，结合实际工作流、员工能力模型，定位薄弱点，制定人员成长计划； 2、结合成长计划设计赋能方案，负责组织完成课程开发及讲授，设计多元化的学习活动，推进执行和落地，进行线上线下学习的规模化覆盖，支持好员工能力的成长； 3、定期进行业务实践、业务跟岗和客户陪访，协同业务梳理及优化工作SOP，沉淀有效方法及案例，保持对业务及数据的敏感度，持续赋能业务； 4、追踪培训效果和业务指标改善情况，及时调整方案促进目标的达成；完成培训项目的四级评估；做好复盘，建立可以量化的培训指标。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、在校期间有广播台及大型活动主持经验优先； 3、掌握培训专业技术如经验萃取、需求调研、课程开发、引导促动、团队教练等，具备线上课程体系搭建，线上课程和学习活动开发设计经验优先； 4、思维活跃，热爱探索，乐于分享，沟通表达良好，协作意识佳。
