1、负责金融行业（以保险为主）B端经营与投放链路的自动化与出价/预算算法建设，围绕“目标设定—策略生成—执行控制—在线学习—效果归因”的闭环，提升投放效率与合作伙伴经营效率； 2、出价与预算控制：建设与迭代出价、预算分配、节奏控制与成本约束策略（ROI/CPA/GMV/线索质量等目标），结合竞价机制与流量供需特性，保障稳定达成与可控波动； 3、策略学习与自适应：结合监督学习、强化学习/上下文Bandit、因果推断与反事实评估等方法，实现策略的在线自适应、冷启动与长尾经营能力，提升长期收益与鲁棒性； 4、自动化投放与经营策略：建设自动化建计划/关停/扩量/控量、行业/险种/人群分层策略、线索分发与承接策略、预算再分配与人群探索等能力，支持合作伙伴差异化经营目标； 5、Agentic投放产品：探索并落地面向投放/经营场景的Agentic Workflow与智能体能力，将策略生成、工具调用（预算/出价/素材/人群/诊断）、多轮反馈与自动执行串联起来，打造“可规划、可执行、可回溯、可控”的Agentic自动化投放产品形态； 6、诊断与归因体系：建设可观测与可解释体系，沉淀经营诊断、效果分解、异常检测、策略推荐与自动化回滚机制，提升问题定位效率与交付确定性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、运筹学、经济学或相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习、优化算法、统计建模与数据分析基础，能将复杂经营/投放问题抽象为可建模、可评估、可迭代的算法问题； 3、熟悉至少一种编程语言（Python/Java/C++等）与常见数据处理/建模工具，具备良好的工程实现能力与代码习惯； 4、对竞价机制、预算与出价控制、资源分配、多目标优化/约束优化等方向有系统性理解或实践经验； 5、具备实验设计、指标体系、效果归因与策略迭代经验，能够从海量数据中发现规律、定位根因并推动上线闭环。

加分项： 1、有出价策略、预算分配、节奏控制、MPC/PID等控制类方法在工业场景落地经验； 2、有强化学习/因果推断等在策略优化场景的工程化经验，熟悉离线评估与在线安全探索机制； 3、有保险/金融/B端经营平台/线索分发/商家经营等复杂业务经验，理解合规、安全与长期经营约束。
