1、采购策略规划：结合企业业务特点与需求，制定全面的物流采购整体策略，确保物流服务商能够高效运作，有力支持业务的快速发展； 2、供应商管理：主导物流供应商的筛选、评估与合作全流程，建立并维护优质供应商资源库，监督供应商在运输各环节的服务质量与效率； 3、成本精准把控：深入了解物流行业仓储、干线运输、配送成本构成，运用专业的成本分析方法，制定合理的采购预算，严格控制物流采购成本，在保障物流服务质量的前提下，实现成本的最优化； 4、合同管理：负责拟定详细、严谨的物流采购合同，明确双方权利义务，特别是服务标准、费用结算、违约责任等关键条款，全程监督合同执行情况，确保合同有效履行； 5、协调沟通：与内部各协同部门及外部物流供应商保持密切、顺畅的沟通协调，及时处理物流过程中出现的各类问题，保障业务的正常运转。

1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、采购管理等相关专业优先； 2、拥有3年及以上国内电商平台物流采购管理工作经验，具备丰富的供应商管理和成本控制成功案例，熟悉电商物流运作模式者优先； 3、掌握扎实的物流管理和采购管理知识体系，熟悉国内电商物流采购流程，具备丰富的合同管理经验和高超的谈判技巧和能力； 4、具备卓越的沟通协作能力，能够与不同部门和供应商进行高效沟通；拥有优秀的目标管理、策略分析与解读及项目交付能力，具备强烈的责任心与主人翁意识； 5、具备精细化运营思维，能够深入分析物流数据，具备较强的逻辑分析能力和结构化总结能力，为物流采购决策提供有力支持； 6、拥有较强的抗压能力；善于学习新知识、新技能，并对行业新趋势保持敏锐的洞察力与好奇心；英语可作为工作语言进行商务沟通者优先。
