日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责基础类用户LLM标签策略工作：协同支持中国电商用户标签的建设，包括但不限于； 2、支持标签相关的LLM建设工作，包括模型规则、案例标注、用户聚类等大模型标签生产工作； 3、对接相关业务团队，收集业务运营过程中的共性问题，新增、迭代标签规则，辅助业务进行策略实施与落地使用； 4、对接各业务团队相关需求收集与流程梳理，将标签规则形成产品化需求方案，并推进产品功能落地应用； 5、支持标签规则管理方向涉及的战略分析、行业研究工作及相关报告的撰写。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周至少能全天在岗3天，熟练操作Excel办公软件，有数据分析能力更佳； 3、具备耐心细致的工作态度与积极主动的执行力，有良好的逻辑推演能力，能高效精准处理日常例行任务，包括日常咨询对接、问题跟进、反馈收集整理，以及能协同基础的产品规则优化； 4、具备基础的项目管理能力，有优秀的表达沟通能力，涵盖跨团队协作沟通、信息整合汇总、结构化提炼总结、清晰逻辑化的表达及书面写作能力。
