1、负责抖音热点事件下优质视频、长图文内容的标准体系建设与迭代：制定和优化内容评估标准、执行手册，保障标准在一线执行中的一致性； 2、负责优质内容识别与交付链路的运营优化：看清挖掘、识别、审核全链路的质量与效率水位，建设质检与度量机制，通过流程优化保障优质内容保质、保量、快速交付； 3、主导人机协同的AI化工作流建设：联动算法、研发团队，推动识别模型持续迭代优化，探索AI提效方式，推动人工经验沉淀为模型能力； 4、负责跨团队协同：对接业务、策略、算法、产品等多方，承接业务目标并转化为可执行的交付方案与指标体系。

1、熟悉社会热点事件，对热点走向有判断；内容审美力强、安全判断力好、价值导向正； 2、有成熟的内容标准制定与落地经验，能让标准在团队中稳定执行；有链路审核或内容评估体系搭建经验者优先； 3、具备数据驱动的运营能力，能基于评估指标发现链路问题并推动解决； 4、具备AI应用落地经验与方法论，理解模型评估的基本逻辑，能将AI与内容运营工作快速结合，对新技术有好奇心和探索欲； 5、协同与沟通能力强，能在多方目标不完全一致的环境中推动共识，适应业务环境。
