1、负责具身智能系统集成与工程交付，统筹多模态感知、位姿估计、决策推理、运动执行等模块的交互链路设计与落地，主导预研项目全系统的技术架构设计、集成方案制定与跨模块联调，对系统功能完整性、实时性能与运行稳定性负总责； 2、负责具身智能系统的多传感器接入与数据链路搭建，覆盖视觉、毫米波雷达、IMU、轮速计等多模态传感器的驱动适配、时间同步与数据传输，保障高并发、低延迟的数据通路；设计传感器数据质量监控与校验机制，识别数据异常与时序偏差对下游模块的影响，推动传感器标定与数据链路问题的根因定位与优化闭环； 3、主导多模态大模型的端侧部署与算力平台适配，完成模型量化、压缩、转换与推理引擎移植，解决算子兼容、精度对齐、显存占用与推理时延等工程问题；适配高性能嵌入式计算平台的算力约束与硬件特性，优化模型推理流水线，满足系统实时性与功耗要求； 4、负责具身智能系统的通讯架构设计与中间件选型落地，基于主流自动驾驶中间件搭建模块间的消息传递与服务调用框架，规划节点拓扑、话题带宽与内存资源，避免系统瓶颈，保障多模块并发下的通讯稳定性与低延迟； 5、主导系统集成工具链与工程化体系搭建，包括持续集成（CI）、自动化构建、镜像打包、回归测试与仿真回放框架，开发调试与运维工具，提升问题定位效率与版本迭代速度；建立版本分支管理与发布流程，规范集成测试用例设计与模块验收标准。

1、5年及以上智能驾驶领域的系统集成、软件架构或算法工程化开发经验，有完整智能驾驶项目从方案设计到集成落地的交付经验，有量产的车规级域控平台系统集成项目经验优先； 2、精通C++，熟练使用Python/Bash脚本，具备扎实的工程编码能力与良好的代码规范；精通Linux环境下的软件开发与调试，熟练使用Git、Docker等工具，熟悉CI/CD流程与DevOps实践，掌握性能分析、内存排查、系统监控等调试手段； 3、熟悉CyberRT/ROS2等智能驾驶中间件，有实际项目中的节点开发、话题调度、性能调优与大规模系统集成经验，清晰理解智能驾驶系统中感知、定位、决策、规控各模块的交互逻辑与接口规范； 4、熟悉车端工程约束，包括传感器数据时序同步、实时性保障、算力与内存资源管控、车规级芯片适配等，了解车规级软件开发基本规范与质量体系；有Orin、thor等车规级域控平台的适配与开发经验优先； 5、有大模型车端部署经验者优先，包括模型量化、TensorRT/ONNX Runtime等推理框架使用、算子优化、推理流水线编排等；了解Transformer架构与视觉-语言多模态模型基本原理，能与算法团队高效对齐模型部署需求； 6、具备较强的系统思维与问题拆解能力，能独立主导复杂系统的集成方案设计与风险管控；具备出色的跨团队、跨供应商协作能力，可独立推动多方对齐接口定义与交付节奏。
