1、负责心动榜酒店用户运营方向的整体规划与落地，围绕"消费后体验承接+主动传播"两条主线，搭建适合酒旅低频场景的长期用户运营机制； 2、负责设计并推进用户成长、内容投稿、种子用户社群、服务承接等链路，持续提升用户对心动榜酒店的信任感、参与感和分享意愿，同时策划并推动UGC相关项目，包括但不限于投稿机制、内容模板、用户激励、季度主题活动、种子用户分层与维护等； 3、负责联动产品、商家运营、客服、内容、设计等团队，把用户运营动作落到具体产品能力和执行流程中，推动关键项目按节奏上线； 4、负责探索用户运营相关的新玩法，包括但不限于周边IP、限定权益、用户身份体系、城市主题内容等，验证可行性并形成可复制的方法； 5、负责数据的拆解和复盘，持续优化用户承接与传播效率，沉淀长期可用的运营方法。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上用户运营相关经验；有酒旅、生活方式、内容社区、会员或社群相关背景优先； 2、做过至少一个从0到1的用户运营项目，能独立负责机制设计、项目推进和结果复盘，而不只是参与执行； 3、熟悉UGC、社群、用户成长、内容激励等用户运营方法，对低频高客单场景的用户心理有判断； 4、有数据意识，能拆解问题。
