1、负责国际化业务广告风控平台的日常运营管理，主导功能优化与落地执行，覆盖广告审核、质量管控、人力调配及风险管理等全领域，提升平台整体效能； 2、深度挖掘、梳理平台用户反馈，结合业务短期目标与长期发展规划，精准排序需求优先级并转化为清晰的业务需求文档； 3、联动产品、研发及运营团队，推动产品功能与业务流程迭代，在达成业务目标的同时持续提升用户体验； 4、通过数据指标持续追踪产品性能与项目成果，驱动决策优化； 5、独立操盘复杂跨职能项目，从问题定义、方案设计到落地执行全程负责，确保项目高效推进与成果交付； 6、快速响应并处理用户反馈的系统漏洞及平台突发问题，保障平台稳定运行。

1、本科及以上学历，软件工程、数据分析等相关专业背景者优先； 2、3年以上产品运营、产品/项目管理或咨询相关工作经验，具备成熟的业务落地能力； 3、优秀的英语听说读写能力，可作为工作语言流畅沟通； 4、具备出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，擅长管理多级利益相关方，在项目管理与团队协作上有扎实经验； 5、对问题解决有强烈驱动力，工作积极主动，责任心强，逻辑思维清晰缜密； 6、数据敏感度高，精通数据解读与分析，坚持以数据驱动业务决策与优化。
