日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与建设面向App Store、安卓、鸿蒙等平台的应用上架预审能力，探索并应用LLM、Agent、AI Coding等技术，完成原型构建、流程验证与方案迭代，参与多Agent编排、工具接入、知识检索与上下文管理的设计与落地； 2、围绕平台审核规则、历史驳回案例及业务需求，沉淀可执行的预审规则、知识库与风险识别策略，覆盖隐私声明、权限使用、三方SDK、应用内容、商店元数据及区域化配置等场景； 3、参与预审平台、服务及工作流的设计与开发，推动能力接入CI/CD与应用发布链路，实现风险前置发现、自动诊断与闭环跟踪； 4、建设预审效果评估与反馈机制，持续优化风险召回率、误报率、规则更新效率及用户体验； 5、跟踪Apple等审核政策变化，与客户端研发、测试、隐私合规、法务及发布团队协作，推动预审能力持续演进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础和良好的工程编码能力，熟悉至少一种编程语言，包括但不限于Java、Go、C++等，掌握Python和TypeScrip语言优先； 3、了解LLM、Agent、Prompt Engineering或模型评测等AI技术，并愿意探索其在软件工程中的应用； 4、具备较强的学习能力、问题分析能力和动手能力，能够完成技术调研、原型验证及工程化落地； 5、具备良好的英文阅读能力，能够理解Apple等国际化平台的政策和技术文档； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，能够主动推进跨团队问题闭环。

加分项 1、有iOS/Android应用开发、打包、签名、提审或App Store Connect等使用经验优先； 2、了解移动端隐私合规、权限管理、第三方SDK治理或应用商店审核规则优先； 3、有AI Agent/LLM应用相关的开源项目、竞赛、论文或个人作品（含GitHub项目）优先； 4、熟悉CI/CD、服务端开发或数据分析工具优先。
