1、负责抖音美妆垂类创作者的生态建设，制定阶段性作者增长与活跃策略，通过挖掘高潜力创作者、内容引导、策略社群等手段，提升作者的内容产出质量与频次； 2、深挖美妆行业趋势，通过数据分析与作者调研，精准定位创作瓶颈（如涨粉难、流量卡点等），输出标准化的运营SOP，提升作者的流量获取与变现能力； 3、深度参与美妆热点策划，结合时令、妆容趋势、行业大事件，辅助作者进行内容转型或上升，强化作者与抖音平台的粘性； 4、洞察用户审美及投稿动机，设计有效的生产刺激机制，负责打造垂类爆款内容，定义抖音美妆内容的新趋势。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年以上内容产品经验、具备一定的作者与机构资源经验优先； 2、对作者运营有深刻认知，擅长归纳与总结解决问题的方法论； 3、学习能力强，数据驱动，自驱力强，有较强的责任心，乐于接受挑战。
