1、负责中国出海和APAC地区代理商在广告投放场景的素材数量及质量指标，制定适配代理商素材增长策略，确保素材方向与行业增长路径同频；高效协同代理、产品、销售等多方资源，优化素材生产流程与生态，提升整体人效与素材质量； 2、与销售团队和国际代理商合作，通过客户需求洞察、数据分析制定国际化短视频创意产品解决方案并落地执行，为业务指标增长负责； 3、了解国际客户短视频营销需求和创意玩法，整合AIGC、达人素材等平台产品形成有效的解决方案，规模化应用在代理商及中小客户，并收集产品需求帮助完善产品能力； 4、爆款挖掘与资产沉淀，洞察行业/市场/节点的优质素材创意画像，为代理商输出有效的素材生产制作、投放效果全链路监控与迭代优化建议； 5、国际代理商应用AI自动化能力探索：积极推动AI技术在素材领域的应用，参与搭建“用例/热点捕捉→内容转译→素材产出→数据反哺”的AI Workflow，将AI用例挖掘作为亮点成果。

1、3年以上用户运营工作经验，具备国际化背景优先； 2、具备较好的数据分析能力，会用SQL，数据敏感、注重逻辑、敏捷自驱； 3、具备强学习力、自驱力、适应力，有全球化视角，擅长业务探索，能够在新的业务积极探索并迅速适应； 4、沟通能力强，擅于团队合作，能够在全球化团队中完成跨职能、跨文化的团队协作； 5、英语交流、写作能力良好，可作为工作语言。
