1、参与算法研究与开发：运用Python编程语言，结合文本大模型和多模态大模型技术，深入研究并开发适用于飞书业务的安全算法，包括但不限于风控反欺诈、内容安全、数据安全等领域，对现有算法进行优化和改进，提升算法的准确性、效率和鲁棒性，以应对不断变化的安全挑战； 2、数据处理与分析：负责收集、整理和标注与安全相关的数据，构建高质量的数据集，为算法训练提供有力支持，运用数据分析工具和技术，对数据进行深入挖掘和分析，提取有价值的信息和特征，为算法设计和优化提供依据； 3、模型训练与评估：使用深度学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch等）进行模型训练，调整模型参数，提高模型性能，设计合理的评估指标和方法，对训练好的模型进行全面评估和验证，确保模型在实际应用中的有效性和可靠性； 4、技术合作与交流：与团队成员密切合作，参与技术讨论和分享，共同解决项目中遇到的技术难题，关注行业最新技术动态和研究成果，积极引入新的算法和技术，推动团队技术创新和发展。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数学、统计学、信息安全等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范，能够独立完成算法的实现和调试； 3、熟悉机器学习、深度学习的基本算法和原理，对文本大模型（如GPT系列、BERT等）和多模态大模型有一定的了解和实践经验； 4、掌握常用的数据处理和分析工具（如Pandas、NumPy等），能够进行数据清洗、特征工程和数据可视化； 5、具有较强的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够快速掌握新的知识和技术，适应快速变化的工作环境，具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与团队成员有效合作，共同完成项目任务； 6、每周至少实习4天，实习时长不少于3个月。

加分项： 1、有安全、风控相关领域的实习或项目经验； 2、有大模型相关实践经验； 3、发表过与算法、安全相关的学术论文或参加过相关竞赛并取得优异成绩； 4、熟悉Linux操作系统和常用的开发工具（如Git等）。
