1、负责飞书国际化线索孵化与培育工作，推动线索转化为MQL，助力小客户线索实现自助下单，达成阶段性转化指标； 2、负责国际化线索触达全流程执行，包括邮件、端内推送的内容策划、编辑与发送，跟踪触达效果，优化内容与推送策略，提升触达转化率； 3、运用AI工具优化线索孵化内容质量、提升孵化效率，协助梳理并优化线索孵化流程，确保流程顺畅高效； 4、配合跨部门协同，对接相关团队同步线索孵化及转化需求，跟进协同任务落地，保障工作有序推进。

1、3-5年国际化To B线索孵化、培育相关经验，有SaaS产品出海经验者优先，了解MQL转化及小客户自助下单相关逻辑； 2、思维敏捷、悟性高，逻辑清晰，具备基础数据意识，会使用SQL进行基础数据查询者优先； 3、英文口语可作为工作语言，协作沟通能力强，学习能力突出，能快速适应工作节奏； 4、熟练运用AI工具，有基础内容输出能力，对内容敏感，能独立完成邮件、端内推送等触达内容的基础策划与编辑。
