1、负责广告转化信号的质量评估、治理与智能化应用：设计数据异常检测、信号补全、去噪与纠正方案，提升全链路数据可信度；探索大模型（LLM）在广告信号领域的应用，利用语义理解能力对广告主回传数据进行智能分类、质量判定与自动纠正； 2、设计并优化跨平台、跨设备的用户身份识别方案，通过概率匹配模型与图算法提升Identity Graph的精度与覆盖率； 3、负责广告归因系统的模型设计与工程落地，涵盖多触点归因建模（MTA）、转化建模（Modeled Conversion）、增效度量（Incrementality Measurement）等方向； 4、构建大规模实验平台与实时数据管道，支撑Conversion Lift、Brand Lift、Split Test等产品的实验分流、效果计算与结果分析； 5、与产品、数据科学、基础架构团队紧密协作，将算法方案转化为可规模化落地的系统能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、通信等相关专业； 2、扎实的编程能力和工程素养，熟练掌握Go/Python/Java/C++中至少一种语言；良好的数据结构、算法基础与系统设计能力，有后端或数据密集型系统开发经验； 3、具备统计学或机器学习基础，理解假设检验、因果推断、回归分析、概率图模型等基本概念； 4、有以下任一领域经验者优先： 1）广告信号处理：转化数据质量治理、异常检测、数据补全与去噪； 2）身份识别：ID Mapping、Entity Resolution、概率匹配、图算法； 3）广告归因：last-click、MTA、incrementality等归因模型设计与实现； 4）实验设计：A/B Test、Lift Study、因果推断方法论的工程化落地； 5）推荐系统、搜索排序、计算广告等相邻算法方向的研发经验； 5、能独立完成从问题定义、模型方案设计到工程部署的完整链路，而不仅仅是实现他人的技术方案； 6、对广告技术领域有好奇心，愿意深入理解广告主需求与商业逻辑。
