1、负责商业化安全方向核心系统的后端研发与架构演进，涵盖广告审核、风控策略、违规处置等业务场景，保障平台生态安全与广告投放质量； 2、参与全栈能力建设，以后端为主、前端为辅，负责服务端接口与业务逻辑开发，同时支持必要的前端页面与运营工具开发，提升业务效率与体验； 3、深度使用和优化AI Coding能力（如智能补全、代码生成、自动重构等），在日常研发中充分利用AI提升交付效率和代码质量，并沉淀最佳实践； 4、与产品、策略、风控、数据等多角色紧密协作，深入理解商业化安全业务需求，将复杂业务抽象为清晰可扩展的技术方案并落地实施； 5、持续优化系统的可用性、性能与可观测性，参与代码评审、技术方案评审与工程体系建设，推动团队工程效率与质量提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解常见数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络等基础知识；后端研发功底扎实，熟悉Go/Java等至少一种服务器端语言，具备良好的编码习惯和工程化能力，有后端服务或分布式系统实战经验； 3、对AI Coding有深入使用经验，对主流AI辅助开发工具有较高熟练度，能在需求实现、重构优化、测试覆盖等环节有效借助AI提升效率； 4、了解一定的前端开发能力，了解HTML/CSS/JavaScript，了解至少一种前端框架（如React/Vue），能使用AI Coding完成管理后台、配置平台等页面开发或联调工作； 5、对商业化、安全风控相关业务有兴趣或有相关经验，具备良好的业务抽象能力、问题分析与解决能力，能够在复杂场景下快速定位问题并推动闭环； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和主人翁意识，积极主动，有责任心，能在多团队协作环境中高效推进项目落地。

加分项： 1、有广告投放、风控、安全策略、内容审核等相关业务经验； 2、有全栈项目经验，能从0到1搭建完整业务系统或内部平台； 3、在AI编程、开发效率提升、工程效能平台等方向有实践或沉淀。
