1、负责隐私业务产品的系统设计与核心功能的前后端开发，参与设计系统技术方案，核心代码开发、系统调优及平台框架优化； 2、参与制定代码规范、测试规范，建立起开发质量控制方法，协助团队攻克各种高并发、大流量、系统解耦等方面的技术难关； 3、清理、处理和准备用于训练和验证的海量数据集，确保数据质量和一致性，为模型训练提供可靠的数据基础；优化大模型Prompt和多智能体Agent，提高服务的响应质量和业务效果； 4、参与各专项技术调研，调研隐私工程的前沿进展，探索可行方案以解决隐私痛点问题，并持续推动架构演进； 5、联合算法小组，打造垂直落地的世界级AI法务合规应用。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python中的一种语言，具备扎实的编程功底；掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 3、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分；具备平台系统设计开发经验，独立负责过部分功能模块的设计和开发落地； 4、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力，积极乐观，责任心强，有自驱力，对技术怀有热情，具备良好的服务意识及团队合作能力； 5、能保证至少4个月及以上的实习，每周可出勤至少4天及以上。
